So far so good! I have a special theme and when I hopped on the chat, they listened to what I wanted and adjusted my settings quickly and easily. Great customer service! My reviews look great and are in the exact locations, colors, and display carousel that I wanted. Very customizable. I may upgrade at some point to try out the other features offered. But for now, the free version is fantastic. The upgraded plan options also look very affordable. Very satisfied customer here.
