Sehr guter Kundenservice, wir hatten ein Problem mit der App, das nicht durch uns beeinflusst werden konnte. Der Support hat innerhalb von 24h das Problem für uns behoben. Die Reaktionszeit des Support war auch vollkommen zufriedenstellend in unserem Fall. Wir hoffen drauf, dass unser Anliegen in einem Patch dauerhaft behoben wird.
