Mega mega słaba aplikacja, mimo odsubskrybowania aplikacji próbują pobrać pieniądze chyba 3 raz. Nie ma wgl za dużo języków i jak już wybierzesz angielski to i tak nie jesteś w stanie zmienić tekstu więc na Polskę mega słabo. Jestem bardzo niezadowolona. A subskrypcja kosztuje 10€ za miesiąc co jest przesadą bo tak naprawdę aplikacja robi nie wiele.

Odnośnie opłat — po dokładnym sprawdzeniu systemu widzimy, że z Pani konta została pobrana tylko jedna płatność w wysokości 9,9$, a nie trzy, jak Pani wspomina. Rozumiemy jednak Pani niezadowolenie i chcemy zapewnić, że jesteśmy gotowi zwrócić tę kwotę w całości. Wystarczy, że skontaktuje się Pani z naszym zespołem wsparcia z prośbą o refundację — zajmiemy się tym niezwłocznie. Dziękujemy również za uwagi dotyczące ograniczonej liczby dostępnych języków oraz trudności z edycją tekstów po wybraniu języka angielskiego. Przekazujemy te spostrzeżenia naszemu zespołowi produktowemu — takie opinie są dla nas niezwykle cenne i pomagają nam rozwijać aplikację w kierunku, który lepiej odpowiada potrzebom użytkowników z różnych krajów, w tym z Polski. Avoid TrustShop—Terrible App & Zero Support! This is one of the worst apps I've experienced. I installed TrustShop on my store and uploaded reviews via a CSV file. Only after the upload did I discover that integrating the reviews required me to manually insert code onto every product page myself. I'm not a coding expert and expected an automated, user-friendly process—not extra work that feels like I'm doing TrustShop's job for them. Even worse, after deleting the app, the reviews stayed on my store’s landing page but weren’t connected to the individual product pages. Customers click on products expecting reviews and find none. This disconnect severely undermines my website's credibility. Adding insult to injury, there's no live chat support—just a message promising that someone will respond eventually via email. Save yourself stress and credibility issues—avoid this app like the plague!

Hello, I would like it to be possible to only allow the posting of reviews by customers and not by anyone, but the app seems to not have that option
