I swapped over to TrustShop after Shopify announced that they were retiring their "Product Reviews" app. I wish I would have swapped over sooner! TrustShop's product reviews app is way more versatile, gives customers a better sorting / filtering experience, and looks much better on our product pages. Not only that, but the TrustShop support team has been super helpful. They even went directly into my store to help fix some issues I was having with text colors. The only thing I wish this app had were a few more controls over text color settings (some problems arose since our website is primarily dark background with white text) but they informed me that these improvements will be added in the next update to TrustShop. I highly recommend!

lovely app and very easy to use, had a small concern when I set it up but was quickly sorted by the customer service people who made sure I had done it all correctly highly reccommend this app, its great and within minutes of putting it on my site I had reviews coming in. thank you

I had issues replacing the previous app's stars as they were still showing up in addition to the new app. Jenny Ann helped me and even sent me a video of how to fix the issue if it should occur again. Thank you so much!

Great app that works well with my store. I had to make contact to help with putting a star rating summary at the top of the product page and I was emailed back very quickly with some code that I could apply. Highly recommended

So far, so good, have only just installed it as my previous review app was going to stop working. I have managed to easily import all my previous reviews.

Great App, the best replacement for Shopify Product Reviews, has import templates for most other Reviews apps and the support staff are really responsive and helpful.

Brand new to Shopify and found this ratings app. Had a tiny issue with the setup. Most likely our fault. No matter, support had our issue resolved in a matter of hours. Big thank you Jenny for all the help!
