TrustShop serves well as a basic and reliable review solution. It offers the essential features required to collect post-order reviews, including automated review requests, star ratings, customer comments, and front-end display of reviews on the storefront. This is the second Shopify app from TrustShop that I have implemented on my store. The email support from Daniel, the founder of TrustShop, has been excellent and very personal in approach, which is truly appreciated. Looking forward to continued improvements. Vivek

We are very happy and satisfied with this app! They have really good features, but overall - their customer support is great, very fast and very detailed. We will continue to use the app in the future! Also, I'd like to point out one key detail - they are constantly updating and improving the app, which is a good sign for us, as regular users. Paid plan is good value, just to add. Cheers!

Mega mega słaba aplikacja, mimo odsubskrybowania aplikacji próbują pobrać pieniądze chyba 3 raz. Nie ma wgl za dużo języków i jak już wybierzesz angielski to i tak nie jesteś w stanie zmienić tekstu więc na Polskę mega słabo. Jestem bardzo niezadowolona. A subskrypcja kosztuje 10€ za miesiąc co jest przesadą bo tak naprawdę aplikacja robi nie wiele.
