Great app which allows convenient and eye-catching social proof. Had some bugs but support is fantastic in helping me solve these. Recommended.

I was trying out this plugin and spent a long time struggling to figure out how to use it. Then, a staff member proactively sent me an email to help solve my problem—I was really touched. They even taught me how to modify the star display. They were so helpful that I want to give this plugin a full 5-star rating.
Customer service is great, and very helpful
So, I am not real technology oriented with some of the more intricate things. I needed help with setting up reviews, products reviews, etc. Ryan was awesome! Some apps tell you that they have great support/customer service, and when you really need them, they flunk. TrustShop has definitely proven to me that they are what they say. I asked for help, and was chatting with Ryan within 10 minutes. He took and had things set up for me within 30 minutes, and it would have taken me SO much longer. If you are looking for reliable, helpful and pleasant support, you will get it from TrustShop. I will say that I am not easy to please as I have been in the customer service industry for over 45 years. They earned their 5 stars and would get more if it was possible. Thank you!!!

Staff were excellent resolving a layout issue with one of the review widgets. Great communication and friendly service. App is great allowing my customers to leave reviews. Features are great and overall positive experience setting up app etc.

TrustShop is an amazing app! It was very easy to install and set up, and the support team was incredibly helpful and responsive whenever I had a question. Now the reviews are displayed perfectly on my store, and they really help build trust with my customers.
