The seamless integration into product pages without disrupting the shopping experience and the responsive support from the team have been major positives. Additionally, TryPoint has been commended for its ability to showcase products accurately, especially for challenging items like swimwear and open-style outfits. The app's accuracy, clean output, and collaboration with Google for Startups for the latest virtual try-on models have set it apart from other similar apps on the market. Merchants have also appreciated the continuous improvement and responsiveness of the team to merchant feedback, making it a top choice for those looking for a reliable and evolving virtual try-on solution.
We’ve been using Try On for the past few months, and as a women’s ethnic wear brand, this is one of the best apps we’ve found on Shopify. It gives our customers a realistic virtual try-on experience, which is something we couldn’t find with other apps, especially for Indian ethnic wear. What impressed us most is that it works beautifully not only for Western clothing but for ethnic wear as well. The integration with our Shopify store has been smooth, and our customers have also had a great experience using it. Definitely one of the best apps we’ve integrated with our Shopify store. Highly recommended for fashion brands, especially those selling women’s ethnic wear!
works well. My customers like to use the app
I've had a great experience using TryPoint for my swimwear brand. Shopping for swimwear online can be intimidating because customers want to know how a style might look before committing to a purchase, and TryPoint helps bridge that gap. The virtual try-on experience is intuitive, realistic, and incredibly easy for customers to use. Since adding it to the product pages, I've had customers reach out to say that it gave them the confidence to finally place an order because they could better visualize the fit and style. From the business side, implementation was seamless. It integrated smoothly into product detail pages without disrupting the shopping experience, and it feels like a natural extension of the website rather than a third-party tool. I've also appreciated how responsive and helpful the team has been whenever I've had questions. Overall, TryPoint has added real value to both our customer experience and the brand, and I'd highly recommend it to any e-commerce business looking to increase shopper confidence and make online purchasing feel more personal.
Customers telling you the try-on is why they finally ordered – that's the best thing we could hear. On why it looks realistic: we're in the Google for Startups program, so we get the latest Google models built specifically for try-on, and we move to each new version as it ships. That's what keeps the fit and the garment accurate on swimwear. Good to hear it sits on your product pages without getting in the way. Thank you for having us on your store. – The TryPoint team
The team responded promptly and fixed the issue quickly. I really appreciate the fast turnaround, especially over the weekend. Thank you!
Glad we got it sorted fast. Weekends shouldn't mean waiting until Monday when something's off on your store, so thank you for flagging it – and for taking the time to write this. – The TryPoint team
I did not think it would hold up on denim. A rise sitting an inch off is obvious, and every try-on tool I had looked at either smeared the seams or washed the colour out, which on distressed and embroidered styles is the whole product gone. Tried it on a few fits before committing. Good enough that we put it across the store rather than only the product pages, so people hit it while they are still going through a collection. Setup was straightforward. Still checking how it does on the heavier detail work, but the base fits are solid.
Denim comes through the way it should – the rise, the seams, the colour on a distressed pair. That's the normal case for TryPoint, not the hard one. The part worth calling out is where you put it: across the store rather than only on product pages, so people can try things on while they're still going through a collection. That's the placement we built for, and it's the right way to run it. Thank you for giving it a proper run. – The TryPoint team
