The site and app is pretty good - UNTIL we tried to list our items. It kept saying our store wasn't open.. which it is. I tried calling for customer service, no answer and their message bot says they reply "in a few hours"... uh, thanks. Going elsewhere.

$19 usd to ship a hoodie from canada to Canada, absolutely ruins any chance of profit. Design tool is clumsy and you have to pre select colour availability for all products instead of selecting for each individual product. App isn't designed well and only useful for shirts as a Canadian. Ink quality was poor and placement of design on the shirt didn't match what I created at all. Customer service not overly helpful as well. Really wanted to use this app but they make it hard.
