Me dice que no hay inventario, y por lo tanto no se puede vender nada, es muy interesante la aplicación pero si no se puede utilizar es un royo

Tried to try a test order. 1 - Wanted to ship an order to UK, and in the countries options (dropdown), the country names were in french (even after changing the language to english). 2 - Cost: So, the cost of the product + the shipping, are both too hight and imagine both of them put toguether. Practically leaving one with no space for margin. Whats the point of being located in France, which is a great advantage for those in the european market but then have shipping price are higher than those suppliers from China. Greed destroy business!
Hello, When you enter your shipping address, you do it from your shop. If you had to select countries from our app or website it means you didn't placed an order with your Shopify, hence the cost of the product (public prices on custom products and POD prices are completely different). We can be challenged on prices but I bet you we are less expensive than anyone on most of our products ;). Please contact me at [email protected] and we will solve this together.

J'utilise l'appli depuis quelques jours. Les produits sont sympas mais l'appli ne marche pas toujours bien. Il faut s'y reprendre à plusieurs fois, des fois il y a des messages d'erreurs, on essaye à nouveau et là ça marche. On prépare le produit et pas le temps de rajouter ta deuxième couleur que le produit a été transférer sans avoir cliquer sur le bouton. Tu refais et là tu vois que ton image n'est plus dans le cadre... alors qu'elle l'est ! Bref, je continue tout de même mais il faut rester patient !

This service is amazing in a few ways. For first, the have the best product range in the european market of POD! Second the shipping, costs nearly nothing in comparison to nearly each other pod app in this market! Third the customerservice ist just amazing! Yes, it took a few days to find the final solutions, but we found them and that is rhe important part! Now to the Downsites: First, de api is just rubbish. You have much less options than in then in their website! Second, both api and website are translated terrible... Solution for both is: 1.dont use the api, just install the app for data transfere! 2. Go to their website and use the france (!) version and let it translate with the browser auto translate, so everyone should be able to get things done by understanding everything! Don't be idiots and don't use this app, just cause you don't want to take efford in it. With such a mindset you shouldn't sell, guys! Resumé: great service with a few problems, but everyone can solve them! Cheap and fast shipping! Many, Good quality products with good prices, though not the cheapest, but shipping does fully compensate that! Really good customer support, if you cooperate well! Now make things done and sell those products!

Un super plugin mais difficile à prendre en main pour une personne qui n'est pas forte en informatique !

Tunetoo correspond parfaitement à mon positionnement car propose des produits très qualitatifs bio, éthiques et imprime avec des procédés qui respectent l'environnement. Les produits sont bien choisis, qualitatifs, jusque premium, et la gamme est intéressante. Il est vrai que la prestation est plus coûteuse que chez des concurrents étrangers, mais on est vraiment sur une prestation haut de gamme, tous les produits du catalogue sont imprimés avec soin, préparés et emballés sur place en France, donc pas de soucis avec des fournisseurs ils maîtrisent la chaine de production jusqu'au bout. L'application est très bien, simple à utiliser. Le support client est vraiment attentif, sympa, disponible et compétent. J'adore travailler avec Tunetoo, et je vous recommande d'essayer vous ne serez pas déçus si vous recherchez la qualité et la sécurité. Virginie C.

Les 5 étoiles, c'est pour très bientôt. Bonne application sans cesse en progression. Tunetoo maitrise parfaitement sa chaine de production, ce sont de très bons professionnels, ils impriment très bien, de plus avec un procédé propre très bon pour notre planète. Service client particulièrement présent et réactif. Je recommande vivement. The 5 stars are coming very soon. Good application in constant progress. Tunetoo masters perfectly its production line, they are very good professionals, they print very well, moreover with a clean process very good for our planet. Customer service particularly present and reactive. I highly recommend it.

Je ne peux malheureusement pas mettre 5 étoiles car l'application présente beaucoup de bugs mais je prends patience car c'est la seule application qui propose autant d'articles à personnaliser. Le service client est très réactif et fait toujours le nécessaire pour réparer le bug. A part les bugs, c'est une application que je recommande. Grâce à eux je peux proposer des articles pour équiper complètement une équipe de basketball ;-)

All items are including VAT which makes the products very expensive... Not worth it in my opinion
Hello there ! Thank you for your feedback. All our prices are now excluding VAT, we just needed some time to go from EU market to International market ;). Please check again our prices, you'll see they are lower than competition with a much larger choice and some premium and organic products you won't find anywhere else !

The customer service do not answer, prices too high, still waiting an order after more than one month, the API is rubbish. Please, avoid!

I can't really answer about the month delay, I'm not even sure an order was placed. Regarding prices, they were indeed included VAT at the time, that's fixed now so they are 20% lower. Seems like a very good company with a very nice range of products with different printing methods which is something none of the other POD's offer. However, I quickly realized that their prices were pretty high due to the extra 20% French VAT we have to pay. Also, the API is very basic and is missing A LOT of features. I have already contacted them before to address everything and they were very polite and told me that they were working on it. After 2 months 0 improvement... I will be changing my review if I see improvement otherwise this app isn't worth it so save your time.
Hello ! We indeed appreciated a lot your numerous feedbacks and such features take time to build. Eliminate VAT was our priority and it's done, prices are now highly competitive. All the rest of the features are done or still in process and I hope you can give us a new review soon enough ;) !

They have a fantastic customes service. They help me a lot . A lot of pruducts to sell evan coats and sports wearing. Easy to use their app and they explain how to design and which kind of file they need. I love it.

Tunetoo is the best POD shopify app on the european market, don't hesitate to try it ! A lot of product, very quick shipment for a drop shipping service and very good customer service. Nous utilisons l'app Tunetoo depuis plusieurs mois maintenant et avons suivi son évolution pour finalement basculer l'intégralité de notre flux chez eux. Très satisfait du service et d'avoir pu créer un partenariat très fort avec leurs équipes !

Vraiment top je recommande ! Le service clients est vraiment présent et les produits de qualité
