From day one, they've been incredibly supportive, whether it was answering a simple question or tackling a complex issue with a developer's help. Their dedication to going above and beyond has made a huge difference for us. The integration with various distributors has been smooth and hassle-free, and their wealth of resources has been invaluable. We’ve been using their plugin for some time now and honestly, there's nothing better out there. We truly appreciate all their hard work and couldn't imagine working with anyone else.

App is okay. You cant really add individual products. It kinda shot guns new products every where even if you set filters. Sure its a great way to join our competition. Instead of adding the same product like 3-5 times there should be variants. Also some manufactures have completely poor photos and descriptions that probably isnt going to convert a sale for you. Going back and manually fix it all will take hours on end. Okay app overall and manufactures are lazy. Having pre fixed variants would be extrmely helpful and cleaner ESPECIALLY for wheels and tires.

10/10 App!!!! Within a few days of installing the Turn 14 Distribution app it has helped me integrate new products onto my website with ease! The features this app offers takes a little bit learning to figure out, thankfully DHTT was able to help along the way with any questions I had!

Absolute game changer for our store. What this app offers is a massive time saver with adding many nuance brands. If this app is used correctly, you really only need to modify the import settings to your liking. Really excited for new updates and features to come with Data Here to There. We 100% recommend this app integration with Turn 14 & Data Here To There if you want to streamline your daily processes and start scaling extra sales while you sleep! We are a small team with high very demand, which means we really needed this auto integration to help decrease our manual admin work. Having the ability to real time check inventory on our website, send links to each other, customers, and posting them to our socials has been a huge help for us. I especially love the ability to set items that are frequently OUT OF STOCK, to PREORDERS so our customers can choose to wait for the most in demand items. I have cut a lot of manual invoicing down for orders due to this app integration and can't be more grateful for the team at DHTT. Whenever I need help, I can always expect an email back within the same day or at most 24 hours! We love our Data Angels at DHTT and thank you for taking our shop into the ecommerce world fulltime.

Firstly, Turn 14 is an amazing company. However, Data-Here-To-There has been giving me issues since the very beginning. They seem to have had no issue taking my payment, but when it came to providing the actual service and products, they disappeared. Like other reviewers, I have had issues with products missing from my store. I reached out multiple times throughout the span of 2 or 3 weeks, and they just ignored me. They would not answer my calls or respond to my voicemails. It seems like they would rather communicate via email, which is not efficient for anyone as a business owner. At this point, I am simply paying for a product that I can't even use. This was a complete waste of money and time as I haven't even been able to publish my store. I really wish they could rectify this issue, but Stephanie at DHTT has made no effort to do so. *In response to their comment below my review, I'd like to mention that my review is not the only one who has had issues with communication from your team. I shouldn't have to call you multiple times to attempt to get a response to resolve issues, where your team STILL would not reach out. I have an email from your team member telling me that my money will be refunded because they don't feel like they can provide the level of attention that I need and that they have a heavy workload. Which is strange, since I wasn't looking to being refunded, your team made that choice themselves because they couldn't resolve their issues. Your team still had the opportunity to call me, yet you'd rather reply on here. Therefore, I am no longer your customer and I look forward to my refund as stated per the email. Thank you. *& to clarify, Yes, I paid for this service, you provided the service, but there were many issues with the products being available in the catalog, which means that I had to get the issues resolved, but since that didn't happen, I could not use it for its intended purpose.

Avoid this company, giving <5 star review = violate their agreement and they will cancel your subscription and disappear. Currently under Shopify investigation. Overall is ok to use. But has many issues: Not tracking quantity properly, I have to explain to many customer the order they placed is out of stock. Also has issue with Special shipping. In turn 14 portal it tells you how long the lead time might be for special order items but this app won't pass that information to your shop. UPDATE: They reached out to me ask me to remove this review, I replied that I will remove this review as soon as they help me fix my issue. Then they threatened me to cancel my subscription. I eventually revised my review to 3 stars. On the second day, they cancelled my subscription. Be aware of this developer, if it happens to me, it can happen to you as well. And I think that's why you can only see 5-start review on this review page. I have to revise back to 1-star since they don't help you fix problems but cancel your subscription. Now, they don't reply to my email even I said I can remove the 1-star rating to get back my subscription (They are the only app can connect to Turn14 distributer so I have no choice). And simply told me I violate the their terms& agreements (I abused their company) and never reply my message again. Happened on 3/15/2023

Stellar product and an even more stellar customer service! The app is very well documented and easy to navigate. The categorization of products is spot on and requires minimum adjustment from organization or SEO perspective. At a few places where we needed some assistance, the support team was able to help us out quickly and get us unblocked! I highly recommend this app to everyone looking to go online with their parts business.

After many years we decided to launch a new website on the shopify platform, and this app is absolutely a godsend. Turn 14 has been one of the best professional partners we have had in our time in business, and this app just solidifies how far they will go to make sure that their distributors have every tool possible to get the best out of their website. After initial installation of the app and loading products, we ran into a few small issues that we could not resolve and the Data team was quick and professional with their responses and actually found the issue with only a few pieces of data given to them. Want to make sure the Data team knows we appreciate their hard work and we are absolutely confident that anything that comes up in the future will be handled the same!

This app is very easy to use and intuitive. I was using another app for my data and it was much more tedious to use. I find Data Here To There app for Turn 14 is a set it and forget it app. The customer service from them is first class. My inquiries are answered same day and if I have something urgent they get right back to me. I would definitely recommend Data Here To There's Turn 14 app.

This is a great app. Makes the intial setup much easier and you can't beat sync inventory etc. There are many features and filters to help the app match your specific needs. I give 4 stars on overall funtionality as some of the features or filters aren't as customizable. Limits you on certian things just a bit. The support is 5 star. I can't say enough about the customer service, they are timely in emailing back, correcting any issues and just overall education on using the app. Overall very great app to streamline your store and worth the price.
