Doesn’t work no more with Shopify and Shopify stoped phone support and now impossible to get help with Shopify only on chat and extremely time consuming only to get nowhere.

The app was a bit tricky to set up, but it's worth the effort. I was able to sync all my products to Twitter and got the Spotlight Products on my Twitter profile.

twitter is not a trustworthy company by any stretch. they suspended my account for no reason and will not give me any reason whatsoever. I have appealed numerous times now and immediately get the same answer. They have not changed one bit. A terrible company run by politically biased activists and have zero interest in conducting business.

If I could give this zero stars, I would. For starters, this app will no longer allow me to connect my store with the app. There's an issue somewhere that neither Shopify nor Twitter want to fix. So, I can't even use it. Next, if you have items with multiple variants (like sizes and colors), you can't just add that item to the store and let people see that there are multiple options. So for example, if you have a shirt that comes in 4 colors and 5 different sizes, you have to pick ONE color and size to display on your storefront. I actually had to add a title that says "more colors and sizes available on my website". Lastly, it's a PITA to actually set up product lists for the twitter app because it's not intuitive and requires a ton of work on the back end to create new tags and such. Awful app. Worse support. Not worth it.

Twitter doesn't support this thing. Just spins and spins when you try and authorize app access to your Shopify account. Shopify has no desire to support it either. Absolute garbage.

Truly terrible integration from the UI to the backend connection with your catalogues. I have products that are out of inventory still showing up, despite having removed them from the Twitter channel. Twitter support did finally respond to my email asking for clarification, but then went silent. I have no choice but to delete this app.

the catalogue sync feature is broke, I have 200 products and it only added 50 or so and they were all old. please update this and the back end UI for uploading and management. Its very clunky and behind even facebooks business manager. please contact me I would like very much to resolve these issues.

Miserable integration -- Shopify says my catalog is linked and to go to Twitter to manage it. I go to Twitter and it tells me I have nothing uploaded and to go to Shopify to manage it. I have absolutely no way of doing anything with this.

To make this more useable, Twitter could put all the variants into 1 listing... It's also difficult to read what each variant is because the product titles are cut off. Double-line product titles could be implemented to fix that... It was easy enough to integrate and set up. Just needs more time in the oven to become a great feature.

Not user friendly. Very strange to have some items pulled to be able to use. Mostly weird items that are not even actually for sale on my site. Then, when I do find a product that I want to put into a set I can't because my pictures are all too small. The way my template of my store works is that I use 212 x 250px. I would need to re-do all of my pictures to make it work. Plus, I tried to re-do one to see if I could get it to work and it doesn't.

I synced my store to Twitter shopping and i am running into an issue. Most of the products in my store come in multiple sizes -- Twitter counts each product variant as an individual product. Since Twitter only allows 50 products in a feed, my shop is really only showing about 16 products. It would be much more efficient to have individual products on the shop feed, that you can then click on and select your size. Right now i only see the option to show the same product(s) variants as separate "products". Is anyone else having this problem?
