I connected the Twitter sales channel, i created a products set and a already set up the storefront and it says its active (in the twitter shopping manager), but in my profile i can’t see the products catalog. Why?

I'm an owner of an online lifestyle apparel brand and Twitter is our largest social presence so far. The value I have seen in less than 3 months of using the Twitter Shopping platform is one of the most powerful tools I have for my business. I have already seen consistent updates and improvements which is so rare in today's world of technology. I can't wait to see what is in store over the next 12 months for this platform. This is already my favorite Shopify app. I'm a Twitter first CEO and I like using the platform more than the others so I jumped at the chance to be able to display my products right in my bio. Looks so clean and setup is <1min. If you're on Twitter and don't have this app I would question your sanity.

First, thank you for this app. It is still buggy. I gave it a couple of days to make sure the catalog was completely sync'd. I was finally able to create a set. With hit-or-miss efforts, mine is limited to 3 items. When I add other product codes, I get the message, "no results." The "help" button takes me to a Twitter page that is not helpful.

I am updating my previous review from a 1 to a 4. Thanks to the assistance of the app developer, I discovered my store is seen under my Twitter profile, but only using the Twitter app on an iPhone. Because I only own an iPad Pro, I could not see it. I borrowed my daughter's iPhone and saw my store displaying properly. Hopefully Android users and tablet users will be able to see my shop as well. Thank you to the developer who answered my email within minutes of sending it.

Like usual Shopify has apps that never connect to sales channels as they promise. I have been with him for over 7 to 8 months and can only sell on my own online store and nowhere else after hooking up so many times to every sales channel. Nobody at Shopify will help whatsoever.

Edited Review. The developer is responsive to feedback. Really limited! 50 products? We have close to 3k products The app has some products such as books as unavailable due to twitter policy? Nothing crazy just simple books about basic topics. Google doesn't have them blocked, Facebook doesn't have them blocked, Pinterest doesn't have them blocked, but Twitter does.. To setup product groups you have to search using product ID, seriously? Why not sku, upc or name? With 3k products imagine trying to find the products. If you set up as a Shop Spotlight for your products, you can only show 5 products. If you set up a Twitter shop you have a shop link that brings you to your product catalog on Twitter and the most you can have is 50 products. Appreciate the effort in bringing this app to the app store but I don't believe most businesses are going to find much value in it unless updates are made to it. Will give it a chance by not uninstalling it right away.

okay this is all bad... my products not adding but it say i am connected this suck ! think i am going to delete this app... The process is time consuming, but worth it. We understand that others are looking for the process to be speedy, but they probably saw the exact things as we did. Install the app, then channel, and then sync our catalogues. But, we should have been informed to actually install the channel, then the app, and then allow permissions for store connection. Then after, the catalogue will sync, but we also have to be signed into our twitter accounts and they cannot be personal or creator accounts. Even though we have to setup product sets, and the process can be lengthy--it's worth it and doable. Again, the process takes a good bit of time if you are in a hurry and do not understand everything that is being asked of the process. So, after allowing time to sync the store, catalogues, accounts, and create a product set--we'll have the "red" view shop tab present on our twitter account. This will only be visible from another twitter account. You just have to trust the process from shop studsmenfashion.com I didn't give it five stars because we're actually exhausted from the process. Maybe later. Thanks! :)

it says my store is connected but no products are there. its a great idea once its starts working properly UPDATE! its connected ty working just fine,i still can only add a few products i have to see why .
