TxtCart uses misleading pricing tactics and unauthorized charges that are NOT clearly disclosed upfront. Hidden Fees: They claim it’s $29/month, but then sneak in 15% of cart recovery revenue WITHOUT proper consent. This is NOT explicitly stated before they start charging. Impossible to Get a Refund: Even after multiple disputes, they refuse to process a refund, ignoring Shopify's merchant protection policies. Terrible Customer Support: Rude, dismissive, and even threatened legal action just for asking for a refund! Completely unprofessional and unethical.
