We’ve been using TXTCart primarily for abandoned cart recovery, and the impact on revenue has been noticeable. The conversational SMS approach works well, especially for warm traffic, and setup was straightforward.

Great app and customer service, better than most other sms apps I've tried before like Emotive, it's got a lot of built in flows so it's really convenient and nice.

TxtCart's campaigns alone have driven lots of revenue for our store. The managed program made it even easier for us - they drafted the sms, scheduled and sent. We hopped on calls to chat strategy and our store is at a solid ROI of 20x. Highly recommend for any brand serious about scaling revenue through SMS.
