Just got on the app and the customer service was absolutely fantastic! Recently have been moving away from Klaviyo because it's expensive and haven't been resulting in much sales through it. Excited to use this app for the SMS communication!

After a month of back and forth, the app team does not have any timeline line on when the MOST CRITICAL function ' Creating Segments' will be available. Really disappointed that Shopify allows companies to release an app without features that are advertised.

Amazing customer support. I had a bit of trouble activating my toll-free number, but their support team was incredibly responsive and helpful from start to finish. They answered all of my questions clearly and walked me through the process step by step, making everything easy to understand. You can really tell they care about helping their users and resolving issues quickly. Overall, a great experience and excellent support. Highly recommend.
