I was shocked by how expensive this app ended up being. I sent only four small SMS campaigns and was charged over $350 AUD in one month due to multiple layered fees (subscription, per-SMS, service fees and commissions). The pricing structure is not transparent and is simply not sustainable for small businesses. I’ve since removed the app and moved to a more affordable SMS provider. Use with caution.
We appreciate your feedback. Our pricing model will change in January 2026. All of our SMS prices will be considerably reduced and based on the plan you're subscribed to. Regarding your charges, you requested a refund for multiple SMS campaigns that you manually sent. Since the final price for each campaign must be manually reviewed, with the final price clearly displayed on the Review page before sending, those charges are unfortunately non-refundable.
