Soilutions review for TxtCart AI: SMS Marketing

The AI helper has been amazing to work with. I have been able to get a lot of things handled. There are some things I would like this app to do. Mainly, I want to be notified if a customer text communications goes beyond 3 customer questions. I would also like to be notified if I decide to handle a customer question, I want to be notified when and if the customer responds. The agent said the app is working to implement those items. These would be great improvements IMO
