The support staff are intelligent and exceptional. I needed some help with something and effortlessly got it sorted out. 3 quick emails later and my issue was resolved. No lengthy back and fourths.

Recently installed the app. There are a few setup steps (with great instructions) and the rest is automated. Tested out an abandoned cart and got the text a short time later. Very cool process and looking forward to seeing it in action!

This app works effortlessly with Shopify, and helped recover abandon carts. It's like having a dedicated sales team sending personalized messages.

This product does exactly what I needed - conversational SMS to help close sales for our business. We sell high ticket products at it's really great to have a more direct way to speak with our customers as they shop. We've generated some great closed sales with this.
