Just got on the app and the customer service was absolutely fantastic! Recently have been moving away from Klaviyo because it's expensive and haven't been resulting in much sales through it. Excited to use this app for the SMS communication!

I worked with Nina and Eshan on the onboarding team, and they were fantastic! They were incredibly responsive and worked closely with me to get the app implemented as quickly as possible. Since going live, we’ve recovered a significant number of abandoned carts, resulting in meaningful incremental revenue for our business. I definitely recommend TxtCart!

Amazing customer support. I had a bit of trouble activating my toll-free number, but their support team was incredibly responsive and helpful from start to finish. They answered all of my questions clearly and walked me through the process step by step, making everything easy to understand. You can really tell they care about helping their users and resolving issues quickly. Overall, a great experience and excellent support. Highly recommend.
