Txted AI: Price Alert
Txted AI helps ecommerce merchants recover lost sales by capturing shopper price intent and turning it into conversions. It provides customers with the ability to set a target price while browsing, and automatically re-engages them when the price is met. Additionally, merchants benefit from gaining insights into pricing preferences to inform discounts and bundles. Txted AI also offers order and shipping support using live Shopify data, which helps in reducing support volume.

Installation was super easy — we were up and running almost immediately. We sell merchandise internationally, and a lot of our customers reach out with questions via WhatsApp, so this fits naturally into how we already support customers. Support is fast, and the handoff email pulls together all the customer and order info in one place, which saves our team a ton of time. One small downside is that they don’t currently support a custom WhatsApp number, but it hasn’t been a big issue for us so far.
