Blockgen Studio review for Txted: Recover Lost Sales

Installation was super easy — we were up and running almost immediately. We sell merchandise internationally, and a lot of our customers reach out with questions via WhatsApp, so this fits naturally into how we already support customers. Support is fast, and the handoff email pulls together all the customer and order info in one place, which saves our team a ton of time. One small downside is that they don’t currently support a custom WhatsApp number, but it hasn’t been a big issue for us so far.
