Great app!

I've been using this app for several years, but recently I've been encountering more and more issues. Last Thursday, I emailed them to report two bugs, but it's been five days now and I still haven't received any response or seen the issues fixed. These problems are already affecting the shopping experience on our website and are having an impact on our conversion rate. I have to say that compared with the past, their technical support and customer service have been getting worse and worse. As a long-time customer, I'm really disappointed with this level of response time and support.

The app is really cool and has a lot of feature, simple and easy to setup. If you need some help you can easily contact the developers and they will help you in few minutes! Leonard helped me with a fix, really kind and helpfull :)
