This is by far one of the best apps we've used on Shopify, it gives you several options for customizations and it's very easy to use. The team is another story, they're super helpful and communication with them is great. Special thanks to Tan! And would definitely recommend this app.

4/9/2024 - Time for another update. I just updated my theme and had some integration issues. The team were great and promptly resolved all of my issues quickly and without a second thought. There were even some settings in the theme that were changed and they picked up those changes at the same time. Awesome app and awesome support. It's great to see such a high quality app and team and we're loving being able to work with them for so long. 14/11/2023 - I had to come back and update my review. If I could give a rating higher than 5 start, I would. The team at SoBooster are awesome. I have asked for some very specific things to be changed for my site and they have always accommodated. There isn't another plugin that compares to this in terms of functionality, performance and any other measure. If you want a filter plugin, this is your best option. Original review "Hands down, the best filter/search app and an amazing team to back it up. I wanted to add a color filter to my website and allow my products to have multiple colors without needing variants set up. I tried a number of other plugins before I found these guys and nothing was easy and none of them really hit the mark. The team at SoBooster answered my questions super quick and when my preferred quick view plugin didn't work with their collection page, they said "no worries, send us some details and we'll fix it for you". Within 24hrs it worked perfectly. I highly recommend this app and this company. Very professional, helpful and good at what they do."

The application does exactly what you expect it to do. The filter function and the search function are powerful, strong and have a lot of functions. This comes with a price, but for us it's worth it. The service is great. When you have a question or a desired adjustment is needed, the support team responds almost immediately!

WOW. Literally the best support I've ever had on any app in the shopify store. I followed all the steps to do this myself but did have 2 lingering issues. The chat support fixed it right away for me. Top notch! You won a customer!

Really powerful tool when it works correctly. Changes are not automatic, some lag time to catch up. I.e. If you make changes, the website doesn't reflect it right away - maybe 10 minutes, maybe an hour - depending on how many changes were made (prices and quantity adjustments, making a collection live). Customer service response has significantly improved over time. Overall, a satisfied customer. Thank you for making a great product.

Very responsive and helpful costumer service. The app works really well in the overall, never had any bug and the UX of my store while using the filter is way better!

Update: Nancy even helped me troubleshoot for bug outside their scope as a gesture, I am very appreciative for all that they've done for us! Old: Very good customer support that helps you set up and even customize! Try them out!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I would most definitely recommend this app. This app was the ONLY app I could find that did everything I wanted to do. I wanted to be able to tag all of my products including variants and filter based on those attributes. I was able to do that with this app (by way of metafields), and when filtered, it also shows the correct variant image. It's search functionality also makes our website search much more powerful. It has more functionality that I didn't even mention that's very useful. It's user-friendly, and support is also great; very quick responses through chat, and really helpful.

"There are more than a few search apps to choose from, but what sets this app apart is the excellent responsive customer service. No issue, big or small, is a problem for their help desk." We write this review over three years ago, and since then, our opinion hasn't changed. I am not sure if there are better apps out there, there might be. But we have not been looking for one main reason: amazing responsive customer service.

Ultimate Search is hands down the best filter/search/merchandising app we've used yet. It's value for the price is outstanding. Works seamlessly and changes are instant upon refresh and fast loading, which is a huge advantage over other search apps we've used that are 10x the price and full of bugs. We've had many customizations done, and the support staff is very helpful and quick to respond to make the changes we need. Every aspect of this app's features is configurable – simply amazing! this app is amazing... and the support is even better you can really set up the filter functions as you want i didn't see a function that i could not choose... for every step you have a lot of options how she search or the filter should be also the integrations... for example: instead of trying to make an own translator, they working with all the known translation programms / apps and have an ONE CLICK integration with them so they give you the chance to have the best translations integraded in this filter app... thats amazing they also work with a lot other programs to make the filter even better really amazing
