The customer service was top notch. Always quick to respond and so willing to work with you. Nearly every customization we requested was made without hesitation and, believe me, we made a lot of requests. Our only qualm was that the real-time sync does have a slight delay, but it is very slight. Definitely not large enough to stop us from recommending this app.

Amazing app. Have been using the same app on two of my store. The experience till now has been amazing, both the functionality of the application and the eagerness of the team behind it to help at every stage. Would definitely recommend this one!

I love how this plugin integrates my store, the AI filter is pretty impressive and really easy to set all the filters you want. The development team is the best part, they are always helping me through my theme changes and minor issues. Definitely recommended

Unglaublich. Die App hält keinen Traffic aus, und die Produkte werden dadurch nicht geladen! Mehrere Millionen durch diese App verloren! Diese App sollte verboten werden!

After a thorough investigation, we discovered that the problem was not caused by our app. Instead, it was due to a theme code deployment that affected only the live theme. This deployment inadvertently modified our app's JavaScript, leading to the issues you encountered. Our development team worked diligently to resolve the problem as quickly as possible. We want to assure you that our app is designed to handle a large number of requests per day without any issues. For future deployments, we recommend excluding all our app files when you are using theme kits tools for code deployment. We understand the frustration this situation caused and appreciate your feedback. Thank you for your understanding and patience.

We needed a better search filter than the one that came with our template, and USF was the right choice. We had a custom installation done on our theme, and the support we received was first class. The first iteration of customization wasn't quite right - so we reached out to the USF team, and they were extremely responsive, professional, and efficient. They helped us to get the filters working exactly how we wanted them very quickly. I would highly recommend this product.

Tried a few different apps, but I really liked this one. Needed to make some few changes to match my theme, but the support was to quick to answer and very much helpfull with the changes!

Had some issues with the app, but support was able to resolve it. The app is fast and how I like it.

Works like a charm. Support was very fast and helpful solving an issue I couldn't figure out myself. Was expecting to receive help in 24-48 hours, however support helped me out in less then 2 hours. Perfect, absolutely recommend this tool.

When we first were looking for the search/filter/merchandising/swatch functionality, we looked at a few other top apps in the space, testing a few on our store. We landed on this app, and it makes it so I don't need as many apps for all the functionality it brings to my store. As for apps, this app provides such a wide breadth of functionality. Then, on top of the boxed functionality the app comes with, we've had several special projects that Loc, Nancy, and the dev team over there have helped us build as well, to extend the basic functionality, but also to help us market better in our categories. This app team sets the bar high, and delivers every time. Thanks, team, for the great partnership we have, and for bringing to market such great tech for our shopify store.
