This app is well worth it. It has all the powerful features I need and I was surprised to find how many more it supported. The team is extremely responsive and on top of changes. I've only been using it for several weeks and I anticipate I'll be using more advanced features before long.

This is designed for stores that sell a handful of brands with a few variants (Like a candle company with a few different candle sizes and flavors) This pricing scale is not designed for boutique stores that have more variety and variants but lower quantities of each product (For example, someone who only orders 1 of each size of a jacket and coordinating leggings) . The company reached out quickly to help with pricing questions and to assist after adding it to our theme caused other things not to work. Also, be aware, that once your free trial is complete, there is a banner that pops up, that is customer facing, that tells you the trial is over. (Customers can see this when shopping). This is a very poor business tactic. I spend my time on the SHOPIFY ADIM page, and I shouldn't have to hear from a customer that some app is asking for money on my webpage.

I can see that the premium feature "Show variants as products" was enabled and your variants are counted as products in the billing. We have disabled it for you to make it more suitable in the pricing. We have also reverted the changes in the theme so your storefront is now back to where it was. Great support from the team. I needed to adjust our fonts and they did it in a couple of minutes. App works flawlessly.

This app has been great for our collection pages to really speed up the load and user experience. Support has been great helping us with some customizations to make it work with our theme.

This is a great application to help customers search through your shop and filter to there needs! But the customer care is what makes it briljant! We had some issues with translating the filters, because we don't use the partnered translating apps. They didn't hesitate to assist customizing the theme code so we were able to translate it anyway! In one word AMAZING! Big thanks to Nancy from customer care who helped us out!

A great app, and the support is superb. I am not one to write reviews but they deserve the highest. Minor issues resolved immediately - and answers to every email within the hour. The filtering is slick and works well just out of the box. I think documentation could be better but they answer questions very quickly. I think its the best filtering app for shopify at the moment - time will tell.....

Such a cool app, there's so much I was able to do with it. It's made my site look nicer which was an added bonus I wasn't expecting. They've handled all my questions and special requests quickly and customer service has been ace!

We have products with a ton of variants and this app really helped us create a better user experience. At times, not all variants are in stock so the filters really help customer narrow the search down quickly. Customer service was quick to help with little tweaks I needed.
We are incredibly grateful that you took the time out to leave us a great review. We are glad that our app helps your customers easily find the products they're looking for by filtering out unwanted items and showing only the products they desire.

Great, functional app. Technical support always helps with complex issues, including adding changes to CSS. There are also integrations with several useful plugins. I advise everyone to try this app!

Development Team and Chat Support BEYOND AMAZING!!! Had some theme customizations done that needed to be reflected on the filter and search app and their team was QUICK AND EFFICIENT in getting it done for a fair price. While the app seems a bit expensive and deceptive, and we had NO IDEA that 3000 products would cost more than $14.99/month, but it was our misunderstanding of the differences in the plans. Overall this app and development team is top notch and worth it!!! We will actually be installing on a second shopify site we have.

This app and the support deserves 5 stars and more! I installed the app - they started to make adjustments and also helped me out right away! This was my first "perfect" onboarding experience i ever had and it took less than a day! Absolutly amazing customer experience. The App itself is very powerful - you have multiple options to filter - you can add your own business rules and automation - you have an extensive set of options for filter and search and you can include custom fields to the search index and much more. The Dashboard is superb - UI is easy to understand and very fast and responsive. For this price it is the "absolut" best Search & Filter app you can get! Install it and see it for yourself - i am excited to see the first results once we re-launch. Thank you guys and keep up the great work!

2024 update: We've been using this for several years now. Support has always been excellent. The system is very flexible and allows us to have a range of filters for all the different types of product we sell. I was looking for an app to replace an older filter we've had in place for years. I wanted a system that allowed: 1. instant search 2. multi-select in filters (e.g small + medium) 3. different filters for different product groups Our website has a lot of different product categories and most filter solutions only allow the same filters for all products, which just doesn't work for us. The solution also had to be quick. Sobooster were very helpful with installing it. It didn't take too long to learn and the more I used it the more I found they had all our requirements covered. You can base filters on tags, which is mostly what we use for flexibility. The tag name, or suffix, can be the filter option. We have been using this for a year now and it is a key component of our website. Support is excellent. Highly recommended!
