THEIF, SCAM. Piece of *hit at doesn’t give you an option to change plan or delete and they don’t have live support so they steal money from you. RUN REPORT THEM.

Excellent app. We have over 3,000 product collections for over 2million products. This app helped us organise this and get breadcrumbs on our product pages with ease. We're already seeing SEO benefits. Also fantastic speedy support from the developer. Highly recommended

The app does exactly what it's meant to do, and we got a quick response to our support request, with an accurate diagnosis of our problem (it was an odd default setting in our theme) and quick fix.

Technical support is responsive, thoughtful and professional. Unusual to find app developers who are so conscientious and really do seem to put their clients' needs above their own. The app works well - does exactly what it claims - and the support is second to none. Strongly recommend this developer and app.

Excellent follow up support from Alex. His support videos are also first class and very succinct. Categories Uncomplicated provides excellent structure to a store, especially those with large numbers of categories. Essential for ease of navigation for the customer and SEO.

Great app. Alex is fast with his responses, and takes the time to visit your site and see how everything is working. We ended up solving the problem I was having together using some unique workarounds. Alex did all of this while I was still on the trial period and not even paying yet. I look forward to continuing to use this app, and hopefully other apps that Alex and this developer come up with in the future.

We have used Categories Uncomplicated for many years, since the beginning of our online store, without problems. Everything works perfectly. Recently, we had an issue with the front end online, and Shopify tech support identified the problem as being Categories Uncomplicated. Except it wasn't. Alex, when contacted, jumped right in to help and identified the actual problem. Even though he didn't need to since the issue had nothing to do with him or the app, he still took the time to look at our store and give me the instructions needed to solve the issue. At the risk of sounding like Bill and Ted, it was most excellent service. I highly recommend this app and company.

Alex is amazing! He not only handled my initial frustration (due to my own lack of understanding, not his fault) well, but he went above an beyond in helping to get me set up correctly with the app. We recently upgraded our Dawn theme, and this app is a perfect addition to our new set up. The most amazing thing of all though, is that when I asked if Alex could create and adjustment that allowed the option of the category icons to disappear once someone scrolls to page 2+ of the products on the page, he responded and did it! It took only a week or two and that additional feature completed our overall layout, and made us a #1 fan of Alex and this app! Thank you thank you thank you!!!

This app fulfilled our needs of having multiple tiered categories and sub-categories in our Shopify store. Alex is also responsive to our tickets and is helpful. Fully satisfied with the app!

Amazing app! Migrating from Magento with a large store with over 1000 collections, we have been scratching our heads for weeks trying to work out how to organise our categories and collections for effective SEO. At this point we've only used the breadcrumbs feature of this app, however I already can wholeheartedly recommend it. If you're serious about optimising your website for search engines this app really solves the issue of inadequate breadcrumbs on the Shopify platform. Alex has been kind enough to guide us in some small tweaks and his support is quick and responsive.

Alex the developer was very quick to respond to support requests and was very helpful with how his app is setup for Online 2.0 themes, this is the best app on shopify for large collections. I would give 6 stars if i could. Get this app enough said!
