Absolutely, 3rd grade support, and they have billed me for an app i havent used. There are so many other better apps that will fulfil the function and that too with a free trial to see if its even relevant to your needs. I added this app accidentally and deleted it within 15 mins and now i am stuck with a charge. Their support clearly says that this is my fault and now my problem. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS APP TO ANYONE - TAKE SOME TIME AND GET ACCESS TO SO MANY APPS BETTER THAN THIS ONE BY GM INFOTECH
Great support! Simple to follow and very fast!
Great app. Could use some additional customisations for the countdown timer itself - but based on what's available - it's a great option
NO WORKS
We checked your website and app, and they are working perfectly fine. Can you tell us why you wrote a 1-star review even though the app works well on your website? If you have any other issues, please contact us at [[email protected]](mailto:[email protected]).
Worked great after wasting an hour on other BS apps :D hopefully you'll start with this one.
Very fast and knowledgeable support.
Not having an amazing experience at all. The animation stopped and just has a play button. Everytime i upload a video or picture, it just turns all black after like 10 minutes. I paid for the $1.99 twice. The first time was to use it and the second time was after i uninstalled it in hopes that it can work better the second time. BUT nothing changed. And i lowkey feel played.
