Absolutely, 3rd grade support, and they have billed me for an app i havent used. There are so many other better apps that will fulfil the function and that too with a free trial to see if its even relevant to your needs. I added this app accidentally and deleted it within 15 mins and now i am stuck with a charge. Their support clearly says that this is my fault and now my problem. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS APP TO ANYONE - TAKE SOME TIME AND GET ACCESS TO SO MANY APPS BETTER THAN THIS ONE BY GM INFOTECH
This app removed all the stress during store updates. Customers were clearly informed, and I didn’t lose engagement while the store was offline.
