Absolutely, 3rd grade support, and they have billed me for an app i havent used. There are so many other better apps that will fulfil the function and that too with a free trial to see if its even relevant to your needs. I added this app accidentally and deleted it within 15 mins and now i am stuck with a charge. Their support clearly says that this is my fault and now my problem. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS APP TO ANYONE - TAKE SOME TIME AND GET ACCESS TO SO MANY APPS BETTER THAN THIS ONE BY GM INFOTECH

Not having an amazing experience at all. The animation stopped and just has a play button. Everytime i upload a video or picture, it just turns all black after like 10 minutes. I paid for the $1.99 twice. The first time was to use it and the second time was after i uninstalled it in hopes that it can work better the second time. BUT nothing changed. And i lowkey feel played.

Dont recommend this app. The email automation doesn't work + they expect you to write their support to check if everything is working... Nothing for someone who needs urgently am app before the drop.
