I use this app for multiple auto shipping updates, my shipping times are quite long and this is a must have for customer pushback. Love this app, such a good find.

App freezes while doing a job, has been stuck for 2 days, nothing works. Contacted support with no response.

This takes away a lot of manual admin work, checking orders and notifying Customers. Saves a lot of time and gives the ability for excellent proffessional Customer notification. The set-up and configuration is easy. Great app I would definitely recommend.
