App was not integrating well with my theme but their team did everything to make it work. They have incredible customer support. The app is now working very well. I have to say that I have tried all the other apps and the reason because Upcart show up in the first page when you look for a cart upsell is because it's actually the best app. Highly recommended
I'm so sorry that you've had a negative experience. It sounds like the bug you experienced caused significant frustration, which is certainly not what you signed up for. Through our development teams initial analysis, it seems like the issue is being caused by your theme code overriding styles on the cart. I have emailed you a line of CSS that you can add directly through UpCart to resolve the issue. I have sent you message directly through email and will continue the conversation there.
