I recently reached out to Upcart support regarding some translation issues on my Shopify store aimed a certain language speaking customers. I was having trouble changing certain phrases like "discounts" and "your cart is empty." The support team was incredibly responsive and guided me to the Cart Editor's Settings, where I found the Translations option. I really appreciated how friendly and patient they were throughout the process. I felt a bit silly for not noticing the solution myself, but Michelle reassured me that I could always reach out for help. Overall, my experience was fantastic!
