I started with AfterSell about two months ago, which, truthfully, blew me away with the AOV increase that happened, literally, immediately. So I decided to give UpCart a shot... and like most founders, we're quite particular on how things are displayed on our site. After much self-troubleshooting, Hailey solved a super important UX wish that I couldn't seem to solve on my own. Better yet, she solved in a matter of minutes with such a fun, upbeat attitude. It's so rare to find companies that truly go above and beyond to make sure us shop owners are getting our dream tools – but not with Hailey at UpCart. She cares which means the company DNA is rooted in care. It's experiences like these that have already turned me into a life-long customer. I know this team has my back today and 5 years from now.
