Secret Woods review for Upcart—Cart Drawer Cart Upsell

Whoever is deciding whether to add this app to your store, just do it. It’s very functional. In my case, I needed a countdown timer that follows the customer from the collection page to the product page, then to the cart and checkout, showing when a sale would expire. I originally thought this app had that built in, but it didn’t. I tried adding my own code to UpCart, but it didn’t work. Luckily, the team (Brandon, Laura, and the devs) stepped in. After a few back and forth messages, they created a perfectly working custom solution for me. I really hope they add this functionality as a built-in feature in the future. In the meantime, I highly recommend reaching out to their support team. They are fast, responsive, and genuinely helpful. I wish my own customer service was this good.
