UpCart has the best cart drawer UI and functionality I’ve used so far, very clean and great features. I have used it on many stores over the past 2 years. It's fast too, which is very important. That said, support can be a mixed bag. They use non-technical customer facing support agents that seem to lean heavily on internal docs, which can be frustrating if you're used to apps like JudgeMe or Replo where support are technical and will immediately dive into your code directly. They have to escalate cases to their technical team which can take a while. Recently when I had an issue with the cart not showing on about 20% of loads, it took three days before the technical team confirmed it was a theme issue and not related to the app, something I think could’ve been confirmed faster. This is not to fault the support agents themselves as they are amazing, very kind and helpful and do their best with what they have. Still, the app itself works great and does what I need once set up. Just be ready to be a bit more hands-on, and potentially risk having some bugs for a few days if anything breaks.
