This app is very inconsistent. ive been using it since 2024 and the new 2.0 update has ruined everything. Certain users are not able to edit carts properly depending on device which means this app is no longer compatible for all users. Buttons you press to do something simple as changing the design (Color) or personalized cart messages, do not work constantly. I could not get any help from a team member because they couldn't even identify their own issue. as well as the other users complaining about this problem.
