¡Pésima experiencia! La app no funciona y nadie da soluciones. Subí mi diseño con Upload Lift y desde entonces ha sido un desastre. La aplicación simplemente NO FUNCIONA como debería, y para colmo, el soporte técnico no soluciona nada. Te atienden desde la India con respuestas automáticas que no resuelven el problema real. Es frustrante, pierdes tiempo y dinero. No recomiendo esta app a nadie que se tome su negocio en serio. y para el colmo ellos mismo te borran la app vaya sin verguenzas

The app loaded on my site flawlessly and effortlessly. Started a new Shopify store and need the ability for customers to upload their photos. What more can I say other than it works! Thanks!

Hello, I somehow cannot manage to create and design an individual upload page. It is somehow always connected with a product. Can someone help?

There are many options which good but need to spend time to explore all the options. Sometimes it gets confusing. However, it is a good once you master it. I am current start to the implementation of PERSONALIZE option which the Uplift apps is not able to remove variant picker elements in my SYMMETRY theme. I have tried the OptionValue ID based themes with your code but it did not work. Need you further guidance.

We had a problem with two file upload links showing on our products but support when in and fixed that issue for us with a couple of hours from our initial email. Very responsive and extremely helpful!

I’ve had a great experience using Upload-Lift. I’ve been running fitness challenges in which people have to upload videos of themselves and it has been great! Tanmay was so great to work with whenever I needed help with anything technical. Very speedy responses and solved my problems immediately. Highly recommend!

Excellent customer service. Even though we're actually on the free plan, Michael was there to guide us with the issue we were facing. He found the issue we were dealing with really quickly and communicated it to us really clearly. I would recommend this app for upload files to everyone.

Best thing is prompt support even on FREE plan. Really like the features on image extension ad-on, almost what I've been looking for my store.

The extended image editor has great features. I didn't have a chance to test it too much yet, but the app looks really great and user-friendly. Only negative experience is that custom support wasn't too supportive when I asked a customization on the thumbnails at Cart Page (images takes too much space, but it is good that we have them!). I only received a link to a related FAQ page and a guidance to hire a developer. Regardless of the lack to try finding a solution, support team responded very quickly. I hope later on there will be an option to customize the Cart look without specific coder knowledge and make this App even better.

Extremely helpful application, very well built i find the configuration settings to be clear and concise, the flexibility to edit the colors and more for branding alignment is a excellent, I had this app last year for a different store and have chosen this app again for a new store for the simplicity on my side and the customers side. If you need an app to captures customers photo uploads and text fields this is for you. Highly recommend !
