This is a very cool and easy to use product. I initially downloaded receiptly but after doing all the customisation, found out that it didn't work for an alternative payment method such as COD or EFT, Bank Deposit...so a bunch of people simply weren't getting it. So I swiftly deleted receiptly and found Spently which solved that problem. Boom. Good stuff.

Love the customer service and ease of this app. Making custom email messaging/order notifications has never been easier! The backend software is also great - as it shows analytics for opens/completions of abandoned cart emails, etc. It's what I've been waiting for!

Far superior to all the alternatives in the App Store! We use Spently to create all of our Notification emails, which the other apps we tried didn't support, including Customer Welcome and Activation emails. In particular, we used the Order Confirmation email to include a 15% off discount code and it has already helped bring customers back to our store to buy again! We also get to see analytics on the emails to see how they're performing. Highly recommended!

I LOVE this app - having built a fabulous site with Shopify I was really disappointed that their Notifications were so basic. Was SO pleased when I found SPENTLY as the app not only makes great looking Notifications but its really easy to use. Would definitely recommend (by the way I never write reviews so it must be good!)

Did it exactly what we needed to and gave us a much needed freshness to our order confirmation. Even more customisation would be great however you could always edit the code given after if you really need to.

This App is great! It's very easy to use and it allows me to create beautiful, personalized email notifications that I send out to my customers, at an affordable price. I would definitely recommend this App to a friend or two.

Great App. Easy to make nice designs that are a massive improvement on the standard notifications. Good customer service with quick responses. I emailed regarding adding the ability to do matching Orders for printing through the shopify order printer app and they are looking into it so fingers crossed!

What a great service! Shopify's native emails were ugly and plain, and I just didn't have the time, knowledge, or money to make them stand out. With Spently, I was able to change all of the email notifications in an hour or so. Now, they are beautiful and match the branding and voice of our store. It's only been a day, and two regular customers responded back to automated emails and mentioned the pretty new layout. Thank you so much!

Amazing app - great developer and service response! The shopify client interaction is much too basic and this adds the custom feel and boosts sales through high click reminders .. I AM satisfied!

I've been really happy with this app. It's given us the ability to really quickly and easily improve the quality of the automatic emails that we're sending out. The basic emails that shopify defaults to are so plain that they lower the quality of the customer experience.

I just moved to Shopify. I'd been using a more complex platform for five years that, for all its complexity, lacked basic capability such as easily modifying the canned emails sent to customers. Worse, tailoring one notification email would have cost $1000! While Shopify's canned notification emails are fine, Spently definitely takes them to a higher level. They enable me to send emails that in terms of polish and design rival those of much larger businesses.

Amazing APP! I tried it for a week and it's the exactly APP I wanna use to help my website to build a beautiful anto-response email template!! And it works like a charm with Shopify API! You don't wanna miss this one out if you have the same request as me :)

This app creates beautiful order confirmations, etc. No question about that! Despite our early concerns about the app not being incompatible with other Shopify apps, Spently did come through eventually to make the changes so that this app works with the Product Options app. Also, it does include the complete invoice number on all forms now which is comforting. Overall, a great app. It would be great if they created automatic invoices as well.

Great app. Within 30-45 minutes I was able to create beautiful email templates for all of our order confirmation, shipping, and shipping update emails. These are much improved over the standard ones that come with Shopify, and allow us to have a more branded interaction with our customers!

I don't have any experience in coding, this apps is perfect to me, it is easy to use. But there have a few hours of the service that they use was experiencing some technical difficulties which made the logo and social network button in the email notification disappear. They backup the service back in few hours.

All stock notification emails should cower in shame! This is a must have app if you want your notifications to be a pleasure or a plain text bore. It has a very intuitive notification editor with a comprehensive back catalogue of stock template that you install or if you choose (like I did) you can heavily modify a template to suit your store design ethos. The fact that it does away with the need to HTML tag/code your content, so modifications are very simple once you are up and running. The installation process is intuitive too. Now that I have the "setup" of my notification complete, the stand our feature is the analytics. Knowing how customers respond to your email notifications gives you some very powerful insights. Spently also gives you the option of driving social media to you social platforms driving reach and revenue. I did first think that the price should have been a one off payment, I have now realised that I keep coming back to make minor tweaks or use the app to produce notifications for other apps such as BookThatApp (I needed booking capability for my store so it was easier to use a stock notification I made earlier and modify it to suit the booking notification). Given the repeated use and analytics, this is a "money worth spending" decision so the monthly fee is very reasonable given the features. All in all slightly evangelical review from me, but the app really does warrant it. I haven't tried out the customer support or tech support so cannot comment on reliability/responsiveness. The flip side of this is that having setup all my store notifications I didn't need to make contact because the dashboard etc are planned out very well. Well done Spently!
