We recently rebranded our entire product line and launched a new website - so adding Spently was the final piece of the puzzle in improving our customer's experience. We couldn't be more happier with the results of our new store emails. Tina from the Spently team understood our brand DNA instantly and set up was totally seamless. We have already seen such a difference in our store conversions and repeat purchases! Can't wait to add more features to our store emails and see how far we can take them! Amazing service. Tina was very helpful in assisting us in setting up our templates. She went above and beyond what we expected to receive and was very prompt with her replies. The designed emails have definitely made a difference to our customers and ensure they are always prompted with the appropriate emails and discounts. Really looking forward to working with them again.

I found this app simple to use and really appreciate having email notifications that are polished in appearance while also being designed to convert. It is still early days, so we will have to wait and see re conversions, but overall I am very pleased with it. The support I have received from the Spently team has been excellent. I needed a feature that was not inherent to the app and they came through with a solution in just a couple of days. That kind of service makes all the difference.

I'm not one to normally write reviews, but have been super impressed with Spently. In a day and age where genuine customer service of any kind is almost non-existent these guys are like a narwhal - elusive at best, magical when you happen upon one... These guys deliver every time - fast, efficient, super helpful, friendly and have the ability to think outside the box (in addition to the app doing exactly what it says it will do, increase sales). Keep it up!

The team at Spently was so helpful in getting our email templates set up and running. Their process was very easy to complete to get started right away. Their fast responses to minor glitches or changes that needed to made were incredible and our team at TWLOHA is so thankful for their support. Great app! Makes a HUGE difference to how you present yourself to your customers over the standard generic Shopify transactional emails. The team is super helpful and great to work with. Definitely add Spently if you want to improve your customer experience.

Customer support were amazing. Had a issue with my emails that were showing coding from another app when it came to accessories. No fuss what so ever I told them my issue and they came back to me to say they have fixed it and now my emails look perfect. Thank you Grace
