We love Spently! Roddy and Tina are so helpful in getting everything set up professionally and quickly. I love how it works alongside our email marketing software and generates extra revenue. The personalised coupon codes with the customers name as the prefix is a cool feature too. Highly recommend this app.

Amazing service. Tina was very helpful in assisting us in setting up our templates. She went above and beyond what we expected to receive and was very prompt with her replies. The designed emails have definitely made a difference to our customers and ensure they are always prompted with the appropriate emails and discounts. Really looking forward to working with them again.

Amazing Customer service, Tina is very prompt & very helpful. It was my first time starting an online store but Tina answered all my queries very patiently. I would suggest if Spently can make their priced plans affordable ( Upto 30$ per month) , this will help small businesses like me to upgrade to better plans.

Tina was such a pleasure to work with – she was incredibly helpful and so patient when it came to setup everything and answering any questions we had; and not to mention she was so kind! I found this app simple to use and really appreciate having email notifications that are polished in appearance while also being designed to convert. It is still early days, so we will have to wait and see re conversions, but overall I am very pleased with it. The support I have received from the Spently team has been excellent. I needed a feature that was not inherent to the app and they came through with a solution in just a couple of days. That kind of service makes all the difference.

The quality of an app is made, by equal measures, by the value added from their service but also by the level and efficiency of support they provide when you need some. In this case, Spently is currently doing great at both! Would highly recommend.

I'm not one to normally write reviews, but have been super impressed with Spently. In a day and age where genuine customer service of any kind is almost non-existent these guys are like a narwhal - elusive at best, magical when you happen upon one... These guys deliver every time - fast, efficient, super helpful, friendly and have the ability to think outside the box (in addition to the app doing exactly what it says it will do, increase sales). Keep it up!

I love this app! It makes creating notification e-mails super easy and intuitive. It has helped make my brand look so much more professional. The support team is also great, they helped me figure out my notification e-mails in no time at all. Overall, I would definitely recommend it!

The team at Spently was so helpful in getting our email templates set up and running. Their process was very easy to complete to get started right away. Their fast responses to minor glitches or changes that needed to made were incredible and our team at TWLOHA is so thankful for their support. Would highly recommend Spently to anyone who is looking to create order notifications and abandoned checkout emails that not only provide results but are extremely easy to use and come with a team that is great to work with!

Spently is such a great app! As a small startup, we don't have a big budget for every single area yet. Spently was a lifesaver when it came to creating appealing email templates, without breaking the bank! I highly recommend for anyone looking to create some fantastic notification emails within their shopify store.
