I've really enjoyed working with Callum and the Spently team, the service they provide is second to none. As for the application itself, it's very easy to use and offers some incredible feature so that merchants can ensure every email template is on brand, unique and engaging. We've been running the app for two weeks and have already seen two conversions from the abandoned cart email and we hope to see more of this in the future. I highly recommend Spently for anyone looking to improve their email marketing communication and capture their online customers on a different level!
We're only just starting out but we are already seeing improved engagement and some revenue coming through our transactional emails. Very happy with the customization of our simple user experience but the support is what puts this service over the top. Honestly, as a full stack marketer I deal with a dozen different support teams and Spently is at the top with their quality and response. Thank you Spently team!

Between the service, effectiveness and the onboarding - everything was a 5 Star experience. They reached out to us and we definitely appreciate that they did, as the software is very easy to use and their team's onboarding processes made it extremely easy to start making money with it right away. On the note of effectiveness - definitely worth the $99 per month for such a capable, yet simple app.

I added this app when I learned Omnisend could not replace my automated store emails (order confirmation, shipping confirmation, etc). Spently does that extremely well! The emails are super easy to design; very intuitive. Not that that mattered; they do all that for you in setup! And they even followed up with me a few weeks after installing to see how I was doing (an actual email, not one of those automated things). And the app paid for itself in the first week alone.
This app is very profession and has performed well. Pricing is flexible, fair and the customer service has been one of the best. Would highly recommend.
Roddy and the rest of the Spently team were fantastic. They responded immediately, were incredibly clear, helpful and nice, and I was able to get a full suite of beautifully formatted customer notification templates in a very short period of time.
Spently assigned someone to my account and they set up all my email templates FOR me! I was astonished by she attention to detail and the templates were so on-brand. We did have to tweak some formatting but she was very attentive and got it working. Before my trial even ended I had nearly a $2k return in sales!
Great app and great customer service. Does what it says on the tin and really help with repeat purchases. Would definitely recommend!
Spently is a great app for emails sent for the shop on orders. We have had issues updating our logo to a most recent version, but these issues aren't cause for concern to not give a 5-star rating. Overall, I'm very please with using how the app communicates with Kit and raises our level of professionalism towards new and returning customers. Only con that I have, is that the Starter Plan would start with 100 monthly orders vs. 50. This would allow for smaller businesses like ours to expand a bit for holiday sales without having to break the budget.

So far, Spently has proven to be an effective complement to omnisend for us. It is easy to navigate and configure. We are happy with the responsive (and friendly) support from both Roddy and Callum. We received a positive ROI within the first month. Highly recommend!
