This app is great. They set up all my emails how I liked them and just a few weeks in and already generating great revenue for us. Customer Service is also great, whenever I have an issue or want to change something I can email them and get a response within minutes. Looking forward to the future and seeing how great this can work.

This is one of the few apps that delivers a reasonable ROI. It's simple to set up, effective, and starts providing returns in days instead of weeks or months. So far, we've been very happy with its performance.

Callum from Spently has been absolutely amazing. We saw a large return on our 30 day free trial!! and decided to move forward with the monthly service plan. Highly recommend it to any shopify users that are looking for an affordable way to drive traffic and convert sales immediately!

What I enjoy about this app is how it uses unique codes per customer so they don't get picked up by the coupon websites. Also the code is based on the customers name to add that personal touch. I haven't built out all of my automation emails yet, however I see them as being very powerful once you know how often your customers are needing to buy your products.

At first I was a bit confused with all the settings but after a great help from Callum my fears disappeared and I got confidence in the App. I will start to using from today and I will get back in 14 days and make a new review of how it has worked for me. This app has been the best decision we have made for our online store. Spently has increased our sales dramatically. Customer service is fantastic and very helpful. My advice is to install this app; you will love it!

As our business has grown online Spently contacted me to ask about upgrading to a paid package. Financially it seemed to make sense and so we did. Jaret talked me through the set up process and Grace sorted out all the creatives for the follow up emails. This should lead to better responses which I'm looking forward to seeing. So far the experience has been flawless, brilliant even. A Zoom chat first, then creative input and updates all managed by Spently. This is not an app created in a bedroom somewhere (well, maybe it is, but it doesn't show!) Try the free plan, if it looks like its working for you its a no brainer to move to paid as your store grows. Perfect!

The Spently emails started returning sales from the first day it was implemented. I made over $3,000 in sales in the first 6 weeks from this. Customers tend to make larger orders if they have a discount. My first Spently order was over $1000. This is not just an app-- it is a service. Let these guys help setup your templates and you'll be up and running. My whole setup took about a week with my input and I couldn't be happier with the resuts. Email marketing is powerful and these guys have created a good system that actually gets clicked through. Great job Roddy and Callum!

I started using this app when Mailchimp canceled their partnership with Shopify, and I am SO glad they did! I am just getting started with the app but I have already found it to be so much easier to use and the customer service has been really helpful when I was learning how to integrate. GET THIS APP. I wish I had known about it long before now.

This app is actually useful; however, if you are not html savvy you will get lost in coding translation. It only helps if you know the html basics. Here at SM Fashion, we actually had to reedit and revise the emails several times because there is no place to edit the html code until it's being exported and saved. If anyone wants some amazing customized emails, choose Supercharged Store Emails. Also, make sure that you are aware of the "global style" editing because those settings are for all email designs unless the green globe isn't selected. Another thing to be in the know of is the Advance Settings. Con: It would be nice to be able do more html editing before the export.

Spently is effective, easy to set up and worth the cost. They also have an excellent customer service with very quick response time.

Spently took our site to a whole other level. the UX is now top notch thanks for an easy email set up process and seamless integration. The coupon feature is key, and has generated a ton of revenue for us in a very short amount of time. Kudos to Roddy and the Spently team for making such a great product!

Spently definitely gave my webstore's appearance an upgrade when it came to customer notification emails. For businesses like webstores that rely HEAVILY on visual aesthetic appeal, Spently is truly valuable. No debating this fact. Ask yourself the hard question: Does your customer notifications look up to par? Unless you're already using a similar service or just really well-versed in code, probably not. Spently fills that gap for you. 5-stars from me.
