I LOVE this app! I love the customization with emails. That I can do all the work once, enter to Shopify and done. Much better than others I've tried. I love the analytics, I do wish I could dig deeper but I've already sent that up the funnel for feedback. I love Spently!

Really easy to use, and elevates your notifications to the next level. You can make all of your email notifications look very professional. My only gripe is that the emails aren't full width.

We were more than a little surprised at the rudimentary appearance of Shopify's canned email notifications. So, we were very pleased to find this Spently app. It's easy to use and creates some very nice looking emails. It includes all the email variables available through Shopify so we can easily make the modifications we need.

We have only just recently moved across to Shopify and so far love it. However, we were surprised by how limited their email templates are and the ability to easily modify them. Without an app like Spently there’s too much coding required compared to how simple everything else is in Shopify. Being able to modify email templates to match the look and feel of Scott’s brand as well as have a nice easy to use interface that matches the rest of Shopify was a must. We landed on Spently, and while it’s early days, we’re liking how easy it is to modify and change the templates and still get a professional result. We’d like to see more ability to drill down into the data (e.g. rather than just total numbers of opens, who actually opened the email), but these updates I hope will come. Really delighted with the Spently app so far and looking forward to being able to cross-promote products and drive repeat sales. Well worth the addition and an essential first app to add to your Shopify. - Update: We had a slight issue with Spently's new auto follow up working on Safari, but Ren was right onto it and had the issue sorted for us promptly. Thanks.

the emails look really good now, had struggled a bit with the interface and choosing what email template set up would convert on my store and contracted the guys to set the templates up for me with images I provided, good personalised service and responsive to changes. got a 130% open rate and a 23.6% click through rate so far resulting in a $332 ROI so far.

Really delighted with the Spently app. All our transactional e-mails now look great and way more professional. We're also able to cross-promote products and encourage repeat sales with creative header and footer visuals. Support is great too. Give this app a go!

I signed up for Spently after not wanting to have duplicate emails going out from other vendors like Recieptful (they were great, just not what I was looking for from a consumer experience perspective) and I wasn't happy with just sending out text emails. Being overly busy like everyone is I finally enlisted the team at Spently to build out all my templates. This was a huge help and worth every penny to get up and running quickly. We went through a few revisions and anytime we needed to adjust something, for whatever reason, they were quick to respond and happy to help. We've only been live for a couple of days and we've already landed a sale directly from the emails which paid for the service this month. If you are on the fence - pull the trigger. The app is so great to use and required 0 setup (coding, etc), unlike other ones. You do of course have to set up your templates, but this is just drag and drop and copy and paste kind of stuff. Super easy. They also offer to do it for you, if you do not have time. The emails look very professional and look a million times better than the ones Shopify provides.

Highly recommend it! Very easy to upgrade and customize all of your standard emails (order confirmation, shipping confirmation, abandoned carts). Since installing and customizing our emails, we've received a lot of great feedback for how great our emails look!

Spently is awesome! I was previously using another app for email templates but it would not allow you to take the HTML work onto Shopify's notifications. So the customer was receiving two emails for everything. Confirmation, shipping, etc. huge headache. With Spently you can design a professional email yourself using their user friendly templates. They give you the HTML which you can then replace the Shopify default email. If you're looking to make your business that more professional with email templates the this the app you go with!

I just recently installed the Spently app to customize my order confirmation emails and it's so easy to use. I love all of the features, and the customer service is fabulous. I reached out to customer service with an issue, and it was resolved within 24 hours. I highly recommend this app if you are looking to engage with your customers on a deeper level and weave a little personality through somewhat boring emails.

Wow! I needed this application for my store, but couldn't justify the time required to set it up. For a modest fee, Nick and the team at Spently configured all of my email notification templates - complete with social links, special offers and call to action buttons. Spently is a fantastic app for creating slick emails in a few clicks. After having tried a few different applications to mixed reviews, Spently is by far the most user-friendly and adaptable. We created cohesive branded emails that matched our theme to replace all of Shopify's default mailings in an afternoon. The standard templates are easy to use on their own, but the format also allows for extra customisations too with just a bit of basic coding. Best of all, Spently covers everything so you have a cohesive feel across the board. Overall we're very happy and would definitely recommend this app..
