Easy to install and great templates - amazing for the free package. Unable to utilise many of the follow up emails currently due to the cross sell app we have installed. However on contacting someone there on the team at Spently, it was mentioned that they will look to supporting this in the future - personal service, cant be bad!

A must have App for Shopify. Easily edit your customer emails and create custom templates. Also they have a great support team.

We are currently using the free plan to customize our order confirmation notifications, we couldn't be happier with the ease of the set up and the level of customization available! We will definitely be upgrading to the paid version in the near future! Five stars!

It's beautiful.. super easy to use and an active support team. Edit: Pricing concerns have been cleared up. support team actually gave us a call to discuss the plans in more detail.. and given the free plan still offers fantastic branding and resell opportunities I can see us having a happy, long lasting relationship with Spently

Great app! We have been trying the free version for the last couple of weeks but I fully expect to upgrade imminently. It really helps to be able to send professional emails with the ability to upsell and to keep customers engaged with your brand.

So easy to use and setup my email templates. I would definitely recommend it to anyone starting out with their store. As soon as we fully launch and have more cashflow, I will absolutely be upgrading from the free account to take advantage of the extra options they have to offer.

Really easy to use. My store confirmation email look more profesional now thanks to Spently. I really recommend this. They have templates that let me include my store logo. Love it!

I LOVE this app! I love the customization with emails. That I can do all the work once, enter to Shopify and done. Much better than others I've tried. I love the analytics, I do wish I could dig deeper but I've already sent that up the funnel for feedback. I love Spently!

Just started digging into the software. I am very happy with their support team. Unlike a lot of other apps, they are actually willing to talk with you on the phone to fix any issues or answer questions.

Really easy to use, and elevates your notifications to the next level. You can make all of your email notifications look very professional. My only gripe is that the emails aren't full width.

Very useful and very easy to use. Send beautiful custom notifications instead of the standard ones within Shopify. I love how easy this app is to use.
