Best app ever on Shopify it looks like special design for the purpose I'm shipping with UPS Freight now called TForce Freight

Terrific! We needed an app that could be used with our already-existing UPS Freight account to ship some of the larger items in our online store. I worked with their wonderful customer support to fix a couple of issues, but once that was done, it's been correctly calculating the freight down to the penny! Highly recommend if you use UPS Freight and want to offer your customers a freight quote at checkout.

I used to have a big issue with Freight Shipping Quotes calculation for my customers. Many orders were canceled and refunded. Thank's God I found UPS LTL Freight Quotes app for Shopify! It was not that easy to set it up for me, but great customer service help me out! I'm very happy and satisfy. I highly recommend this app for people who deal with Freight Shipping

I knew this app developer was many steps above other shipping app developers I talked to for two reasons. First, initial communication with speaking to a person was efficient. I was looking for an out-of-the-box development for LTL and truck load as well as small package for our products that are still not an every day E commerce transaction in our market. As I was speaking with the gentleman, who was extremely patient for I was outside my scope of linguistics in the shipping trade, his response was articulate, taking real time to help me understand what the possibilities could be for our shopify store. The second reason Eniture set itself apart was that this gentleman, with whom I was speaking, was in fact the owner, Paul Birkhead. He took that first call and it was always Paul spearheading this unique shipping app for our company. Troubleshooting the app and questions were always followed up by the quickest response and resolution to the query. I cannot say enough about Eniture's professionalism and sincerity in this division of shipping apps. Paul comes from decades of experience in the shipping industry and IT and it shows in how his creation of a complicated app with his team within my store testifies to their abilities and long-term relationships with us. Our company highly values Paul and Eniture for, although we now have an app that runs proficiently and our communication is less, he and his company remain an integral part of our team. We use this app in conjunction with Eniture Technology’s UPS Small Package Quotes app. It saved us money the minute we installed it. It's extremely easy to set-up and they offer excellent customer service. I highly recommend this app if you want to charge your customers accordingly. Thank you!

We are not wishing to cause loss of business to Paul at Enviture who is passionate about this app but also would not want other Shopify customers to experience the losses we have. It is vital you monitor conversion rates and abandoned carts closely during trials of the app. We originally gave this app a 5-star review but have discovered retrospectively that we were having considerable issues with lags in the cart of up to 5 seconds as the app retrieves rates from UPS and populates the Shopify cart with shipping costs - we discovered this only when we contacted abandoned cart customers. Pual has explained that some of this delay is a result of expensive custom work we had completed by him but in fact our conversion rates had dropped before this work. We also had customers unable to complete the purchase and this turns out to be an issue with our products carton size OR we had not configured the new products in the shipping app correctly ( the app does not get data from Shopify you have to update all new products shipping criteria in the app ) OR shipping costs are incorrectly calculated because the app algorithm is unable to find a solution to ship a certain product size. Some of our cartons are 31x41x12 inches At this point, we have unfortunately had to abandon this app altogether and this has immediately contributed to a huge increase in 'add to cart' and purchase conversion rates. We do hope the app works for you!
