Dygma review for UPS Shipping (Official)

The App doesnt work as smooth as it should vs their competition. The main issues Ive seen are reading orders incorrectly from Shopify (especially with orders with several items) and certain orders dont get auto-fulfilled in Shopi when printing labels in the app (and we still dont know whats triggers this problem). Eitherway, this happens in a short amount of orders but I think it should get improvements. Regarding the CS support, the service has been great and helpful.
