Great and quick support for our shopify back end. Support fixed some bugs with our app setup and fixed with explanation on how to prevent similar future issues.

After what was an initial disappointment with the app, this was turned around quickly with a detailed explanation of how I could be helped. Whilst the app isn't quite what I am needing for my store right now, I am impressed with its simplicity and equally happy with the customer service. Bravo for persistence and not shying away from any difficulties.

FIrst pass this app did not work for our site template- and I uninstalled to move on... Dan in support contacted me, and within 24 hours, a developer had identified the issue and fixed the problem. We now have the app up and running (hey- who wants to add $15 ribbon to their flower bouquets?... : ) The app works very well and we are looking at other ways to use iton our site. Five stars! If you want to sell add-ons I would take a serious look at this app. Dan in support was very helpful and quick to respond.

Sell-Up has been great for us. We primarily use it for Add Ons. It was easy to implement and has increased our revenue with Upsells.

Highly customisable, easy to use and a great support! I love how you can pick on which page the upsells will kick in (i.e. cart, post purchase etc.).

there are other apps that do the same function for 1/4 of the price. Do your research, I have moved away from this app

When contacting support regarding a collection page feature change on the update, Dan from the support team addressed the issue to the developers and kept me in the loop. Within five hours he was able to let me know that the developers had resolved the issue and updated me with a photo of future update plans.

the best Upsell app on shopify by far on shopify apps, if you are looking to double and triple your sales this app will do the job. The support team are very responsive and fast. The app functionality are perfect.

Issue after issue with this app. We were able to fix one thing and we found another problem that we need to deal with. Not sure if it's worth wasting the time.
Thanks for your feedback. On this occasion, after our developer checked this Merchants store, there were considerable JS console errors with the published theme preventing apps from loading correctly. We suggested the Merchant seek the help of an Expert to resolve these issues. Minor issues such as styling and positioning are addressed in our Knowledge Base and fully supported by us on paid plans. Great app! We can see it is working and customers are using the sell ups. Any questions have been quickly answered and Dan has been great and tweaking any aesthetic changes I asked for.

I installed the app and followed all instructions. The upsell did not appear on the product collection I selected. I then hardcoded the provided snippet. Still no upsell shown on my products.
Update: The issue has been detected on an edited version of the Symmetry theme. The edits are a result of the Bold Subscription App causing JS errors in the console. On the original version of the theme, SellUp and other apps are loading correctly. I have provided this information in a support ticket. Kind regards, Dan. Hey there! Thanks for your feedback. Upon checking your store, the issue is with your theme blocking our app. As we have no prior support requests from you, we have gone ahead and reached out. Whilst this can seem a frustrating and stressful experience, this is simply unavoidable from time to time with certain stores. Thankfully you will see from our great feedback that once it works for you, we’ll get that frown turned upside down! :)

App adds a lot of value for upsells. Support has been great - Dan particular provided a lot of quick support when handling our queries.

Great when it functions. Has some odd bugs. Our settings will randomly revert from the custom css styling that was put in place. Also disabled on-page upsells will randomly enable themselves. Needs some work, but I like where it's headed.
