The action offers weren't working but the support team fixed the problem promptly. They were also helpful in making style changes (re-positioning the cart offer to be in a more prominent location).

I haven't opened my store yet so this is a review on the install and customer support rather than anything sales related. The app was easy to add and straightforward to use, I requested a few minor amendments and my support ticket was answered quickly and professionally - Thank you Dan. Very happy so far and it does what i wanted it to do.

This app is great, it has led to quite a few upsells which is great. I had trouble installing one of the features on my site so I reached out to their support and it was fixed almost straight away.

I installed this app on our account and it works exactly how we thought it would. Dan, was great with support. He got the app working on our purchased theme from Theme-Forest. I would recommend this app to anyone needing more out of their Add-Ons.

I use this app so we can upsell to a customer at checkout. Unfortunately, it does not offer a discount functionality. And I have to look into another app so I can have multiple automatic discounts because Shopify doesn't allow that as a default and this app can't cater to it either. Dan was super helpful, though, getting the app to work correctly after I added it. It doesn't work right out of the box for 2.0 stores, but he had it working, as best as it can, within a couple days. Love this app easy to integrate, multiple display options and great support. Dan attended to any issues we had straight away & was quick to help us with the finer details to have our action offers how we were wanting.

Great and quick support for our shopify back end. Support fixed some bugs with our app setup and fixed with explanation on how to prevent similar future issues.

After what was an initial disappointment with the app, this was turned around quickly with a detailed explanation of how I could be helped. Whilst the app isn't quite what I am needing for my store right now, I am impressed with its simplicity and equally happy with the customer service. Bravo for persistence and not shying away from any difficulties.

FIrst pass this app did not work for our site template- and I uninstalled to move on... Dan in support contacted me, and within 24 hours, a developer had identified the issue and fixed the problem. We now have the app up and running (hey- who wants to add $15 ribbon to their flower bouquets?... : ) The app works very well and we are looking at other ways to use iton our site. Five stars! Thanks, Dan.

Sell-Up has been great for us. We primarily use it for Add Ons. It was easy to implement and has increased our revenue with Upsells.

Highly customisable, easy to use and a great support! I love how you can pick on which page the upsells will kick in (i.e. cart, post purchase etc.).

there are other apps that do the same function for 1/4 of the price. Do your research, I have moved away from this app
