I had some issues at first because of using a third-party theme but with prompt response was able to get it rolling
Thank you for your review. We checked our support desk but you have not submitted a request. Some 3rd party themes can have difficulty working out the box. We always recommend official themes from the Shopify theme store. A support technician has now reached out to assist you. Kind regards, Chloe

I installed the application, and it's quite easy to use. However, the add-ons take too long to load on the product page (On average, it takes 30 seconds).
Hi Esme & Odrilia, Thanks for your kind feedback regarding SellUp. We had overwhelming traffic for the BFCM which caused a 1-2 periods of slow loading. This app is very easy to use and configure. It's nice that you can customize several pieces of not only the look/feel but also the content - you can over-ride the default text to make a strong call to action other than just Product Name. We had a few quirky things in our theme that were not working quite right but Dan had them fixed in no time. Highly recommend!

Does what it says, happy with the app and the support received. Easily add the upsell widget and customise the store.

This app is working well for our needs and the support is timely and useful. We had a slight problem with the app working with our theme, but Dan looked into it and was able diagnose that it was a theme change need. Really intuitive app that will work well in most upsell situations.

Received 666 views in 30 days - and was charged $29.99 (that's the rate for 5,001 to 10,000 views in a month) - should have been charged $14.99 (not that we got any revenue from the upsell app) - I really cannot be dealing with these apps that overcharge v stated pricing then make it impossible to contact them. Suggest you look elsewhere for an app that charges the stated monthly fees

Had an issue with the Action Offer and Dan looked into it right away and even reached out to another app developer regarding overriding script. Dan also helped me stylise my On-Page Offer to better match my theme. Thanks a lot! Have just installed the On-Page Offer and hope it will help to upsell my products. The On-Page Offer thumbnail is a little small, and Dan helped to enlarge it slightly.

SellUp is an upsell app which does not impact or interact with Google Merchants accounts. I suggest you reach out to Google to resolve this. Usually Merchant Accounts are suspended due to incomplete feeds, product type or missing contact data. Very effective features and pleased with the results so far. Only thing we wish we could add is a bulk offer option. Otherwise this is a great app once you learn how to leverage the features.
