We are extremely sorry for the inconvenience. We switched our Live Chat widget provider. In the process, some technical glitch happened. Not just you but we missed a couple of more chats. We are pledged to provide the best support. My team and I will make sure this will not happen again. I am sorry for the inconvenience once again. Adam | Co-Founder Upsellify
