I used the app for long time but weirdly my balance credits became empty and offer was not shown for several month so lost lot of sales opportunity because of it...

After carefully reviewing our records, we found that this account only installed the app but never signed up for a plan, activated features, or added any credits(we do not have a system to add credits on this app). Because the app was never actually set up or used, it wouldn’t have been possible for the issues you describe (credits disappearing or offers not showing) to occur.
