We wanted to implement auto add to cart gift feature that only gets triggered at the checkout and I was having a hard time finding an app that lets you do that until I found Upsell Plus. On top of that, their team wasted no time and even hopped on a call to customize the feature according to our needs. Great customer support and great features!
