The UpsellPlus team has been amazing to work with. They go out of their way to help our brand out and proactive suggest solutions to help boost our revenue. The app itself is already paying for itself in the short amount of time we've been on it.

Disappointing billing experience. We used UpsellPlus to offer customers a free catalogue at checkout. We later discovered that orders containing that free catalogue were being counted towards “upsell revenue”, with the value of the highest-priced item in the order attributed to UpsellPlus. This pushed us into a higher-priced billing tier, despite the catalogue itself generating no paid upsell. In our experience, this methodology was far from clear from the pricing information presented in the app. When we challenged the charges, we were referred to a help article explaining the calculation and told that charges over 30 days old could not be refunded. We asked them to consider the specific circumstances and make an exception, but ultimately couldn't reach a satisfactory resolution and have now uninstalled the app. The product may be capable, but I would strongly recommend understanding exactly how UpsellPlus defines and calculates “upsell revenue” before installing, as it may be very different from what you expect.

We wanted to implement auto add to cart gift feature that only gets triggered at the checkout and I was having a hard time finding an app that lets you do that until I found Upsell Plus. On top of that, their team wasted no time and even hopped on a call to customize the feature according to our needs. Great customer support and great features!
